Turkey Roll-Ups

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, adding vegetables to water with the stuffing mix.
  3. Spread stuffing mixture onto turkey, just to within 1/4 inch of edges.
  4. Roll up each cutlet; tie with kitchen string to secure.
  5. Dip in egg then in coating mix, tunring to evenly coat each roll-up.
  6. Place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  8. or until done (170F).
  9. Remove string before serving.
