Southwestern Ranch Salad
- 4 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed, drained
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- Divide greens among four dinner plates.
- Top evenly with beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes and cheese.
- Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cilantro.
