Blue Cheese Broccoli Salad

  1. Cut the florets from the broccoli.
  2. With a vegetable peeler, peel the stalks, and slice 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  4. Immerse the broccoli florets and stalks in the boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes, until bright green.
  5. Drain and cool.
  6. In a bowl, mix the broccoli, tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing.
  7. Season with salt and white pepper.
