Eggnog Pumpkin Pie
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggnog, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake at 375 for 60 to 65 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- *I make this using store bought eggnog.
