Eggnog Pumpkin Pie

  1. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggnog, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
  2. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake at 375 for 60 to 65 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool on a wire rack.
  5. Refrigerate until serving.
