Saucy Meatball Supper
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Kraft Garlic BarBQ Sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- 1 cup Kraft Thick 'n Spicy Original BarBQ Sauce
- 1 cup frozen fruit concentrate, any flavour, thawed Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- pinch ground ginger
- COMBINE ground beef with bread crumbs and garlic BBQ sauce, egg and Parmesan Grated Cheese.
- ROLL into even-sized balls and place on a baking tray.
- BAKE in preheated 400F, oven for 20 min.
- or until no longer pink inside.
- Makes about 24 meatballs.
- MEANWHILE, combine Kraft Thick 'n Spicy BBQ sauce with thawed frozen fruit concentrate.
- Add soy sauce and ground ginger.
- POUR over cooked meatballs and heat in frypan over medium-high heat.
- Serve over rice.
