Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Protein Bites
- 1/2 cups Honey MELT Organic, At Room Temperature
- 1- 1/4 cup Peanut Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar

- In a large bowl, beat together the MELT Organic and 3/4 cup peanut flour on high speed until combined and fluffy.

- Stir in remaining 1/2 cup peanut flour until well incorporated.
- Then, stir in honey and mix well.
- 3.
- In a small food processor, process coconut sugar until broken down and a fine, powder-like consistency.
- 4.
- Roll the MELT Organic mixture into 1-tablespoon-sized balls and then roll each ball in coconut sugar.

- Devour.

- You will not use all of the sugar, but it helps to have some extra to make rolling easier 2.
- Bites are best stored in the refrigerator.
- If you want that really soft, cookie dough texture, just let them stand at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
