Banana peach mandarin bread
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 ripe banana's
- 1/2 cup canned peaches drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup canned mandarins drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant hot chocolate
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Preheat oven to 350f
- Grease a 5x9 loaf pan
- In a mixing bowl beat butter and sugar together with a hand mixer until fluffy
- Add brown and the instant hot chocolate and mix until blended together
- Slice bananas and add them to the mix with the peaches mandarins milk vanilla and eggs and mix together until well blended
- In a separate bowl sift the flour and baking soda together
- Add the flour mixture to wet mix and mix together
- Add the mix to your loaf pan and bake for 1 hour @ 350 when finish let cool 5-10 minutes before you take it out of pan ...enjoy !
