Smoked Ham & Roasted Red Pepper Quesadilla
- 2 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 2 Tbsp. ATHENOS Black Olive Hummus
- 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Spread tortillas evenly with hummus.
- Place 6 ham slices and 2 Tbsp.
- each of the peppers and cheese on bottom half of each tortilla; fold tortillas in half to enclose filling.
- Cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
