Tater Tots Mexicana
- 3 -4 cups tater tots
- 16 ounces stewed tomatoes
- 14 teaspoon oregano, crumbled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped green chili
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- Place microwave on high setting and set out a shallow microwave casserole dish.
- In casserole dish, combine tomatoes and oregano and mix in tater tots.
- In bowl, mix together sour cream, milk, chiles, and salt and spoon over top of tater tots mixture.
- Microwave casserole 14 to 15 minutes or until center is hot and bubbly.
- Rotate dish twice during cooking.
- Sprinkle with cheese and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
