Sea Side Pasta Recipe

  1. Saute/fry garlic, parsley, celery and mushroom in heated oil for 1-2 min.
  2. Add in tuna (or possibly clams) and white wine.
  3. Add in crushed oregano and salt and pepper; simmer gently on low heat for 10 min.
  4. Keep warm while cooking pasta.
  5. Cook pasta according to package; drain well and serve seafood mix tossed on pasta.
  6. Goes great with salad and sour dough rolls!
  7. Serves 4.
