Shirl's Creamy Low-Fat Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 425.
  2. In medium bowl, combine sour cream, onion, Molly McButter, and cheese whiz.
  3. Stir with a spoon.
  4. Pour over potatoes in large bowl and stir.
  5. Pour into square casserole dish sprayed with vegetable spray.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 1 hour.
  8. Top with corn flakes last 10 minutes of baking.
