Stuffed Grape Leaves

  1. Add cooked rice, meat, grated onion, garlic, salt, pepper and crushed mint in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Remove stem from grape leaf; lay flat on plate.
  3. Place a roll of mixture on bottom of leaf and roll.
  4. Turn ends of leaf in and finish rolling.
  5. Finished roll should be 3 x 3/4-inch roughly.
  6. Place side by side in baking dish.
  7. Add lemon and water.
  8. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  9. Makes about 20 rolls.
  10. (For larger amount, rolls may be layered, but keep covered with water and lemon juice.
  11. Great for parties.
