Chili Tostados
- 8 each flour tortillas
- 1 x vegetable oil
- 2 each refried beans
- 1 cup red beans
- 1 x lettuce shredded
- 1 each guacamole
- 1 x tomatoes chopped
- Heat 1/2 inch oil or shortening in frypan, then fry tortillas until crisp.
- Spread 1/4 cup heated Cowpoke Chili or refried beans on each; top with 2 tablespoons heated red beans.
- Top with shredded lettuce.
- Spoon on 1/4 cup guacamole and sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.
