Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Wash mushrooms.
  2. Remove and chop stems.
  3. Set mushroom caps aside.
  4. In skillet, combine chopped stems, butter, onion, sausage and garlic.
  5. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes stir occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and add cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, oregano and salt and pepper, stir to blend.
  7. Mound mixture in mushroom caps and place in Pyrex baking dish.
  8. Place in microwave and cook covered on high for 4 minutes or until hot.
