Beef Stir Fry
- 1 green bean
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 beef steak
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/3 cabbage
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- dash chilli flakes
- Chop 1 onion, slice 1 bell pepper also 1\ cucumber and cabbage.
- Cut half a carrot and peel also cut.
- Wash the green beans and set all veggies to the side.
- For the meat I am using grilling steak and I sliced as shown in above picture.
- Sauce- In a small measuring cup add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and soy sauce.
- Then add 1 cup of water and mix.
- Cooking- add oil in wok or frying pan on med-high heat and add onion, let that cook for 3 minutes and add in your meat.
- Let that cook for 6 minutes and add your cabbage and carrot.
- After that cooks for another 5 minutes add in the rest of the vegetables and add sauce plus chilli flakes.
- 7 minutes later the dish is done.
- Serve with rice and the vegetables should still be a little crunchy and meat full of flavor!
