Beef Stir Fry

  1. Chop 1 onion, slice 1 bell pepper also 1\ cucumber and cabbage.
  2. Cut half a carrot and peel also cut.
  3. Wash the green beans and set all veggies to the side.
  4. For the meat I am using grilling steak and I sliced as shown in above picture.
  5. Sauce- In a small measuring cup add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and soy sauce.
  6. Then add 1 cup of water and mix.
  7. Cooking- add oil in wok or frying pan on med-high heat and add onion, let that cook for 3 minutes and add in your meat.
  8. Let that cook for 6 minutes and add your cabbage and carrot.
  9. After that cooks for another 5 minutes add in the rest of the vegetables and add sauce plus chilli flakes.
  10. 7 minutes later the dish is done.
  11. Serve with rice and the vegetables should still be a little crunchy and meat full of flavor!
