Julienne Beef Salad Remoulade
- 2 carrots, cut into julienne strips
- 2 stalks celery, cut into julienne strips
- 1 small zucchini, cut into julienne strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into julienne strips
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cooked, cut into julienne strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup A.1. Thick & Hearty Sauce
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (combination parsley, rosemary, thyme and chives)
- lettuce leaves
- Toss vegetables and steak in large bowl.
- Blend steak sauce, mayo and herbs; pour over vegetable mixture, tossing to coat well.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
- To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter; top with vegetable mixture.
