Rhubarb Almost Dump Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place rhubarb in a 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with sugar and dry gelatin powder.
  3. Combine cake mix, water and butter with a whisk until well blended.
  4. Pour over rhubarb and spread to completely cover.
  5. Bake 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with cool whip or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
