Best pan pizza

  1. Add 3 cups pioneer mix or Bisquick with hot water ( about a cup) till it make the consistency
  2. Press the dough in a oiled 12 inch iron skillet or deep pan and make it look like a pie crust.
  3. Bake the the pan at 425 for 10 mins, at this time it will look like a giant biscuit, it's alright because at this time you will press the crust down with a smaller pan to flatten it out some, put it back in the oven for 5 mins and take out, make sure the crust is not too browned.
  4. EXTRA TIPS: you can add butter or Italian spices to the dough for extra flavor
  5. Now your crust is ready to top but, first bump the temp down to 375, I added the mozzarella cheese first then sauce and top with whatever you want ( I sauteed 2 cloves of garlic with prosciutto and ham) but add what u want, then add the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan and oregano
  6. Bake pizza for 15mins then take the pizza out and cover the crust with foul if it is exposed at this time you can add more cheese or just leave it plan.
  7. bake for 15 more mins.
  8. After the 15 mins take out your pan pizza and add a bit of olive oil and grated parmesan cheese and enjoy
