- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons (Rounded Teaspoon) Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1- 1/4 teaspoon Cheddar Cheese Powder (I Buy This In The Bulk Isle)
- 1 Tablespoon Bacon Bits
- 1 cup Mayonnaise (Best Foods Or Helman's - No Miracle Whip Or Sandwich Spreads)
- 1 cup Sour Cream. I Use Light.
- Measure out all of the spices and the bacon bits and put them into a bowl.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Measure mayonnaise and sour cream into a medium bowl and add the spice mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Chill at least two hours before serving.
- Serve with chips or veggies!
- This recipe makes two cups of dip.
- I usually make the spice mix and use only 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup sour cream with half of the spice mix.
- And I save the other half for another time.
