Jumbleberry Green Tea Punch

  1. Place mint leaves in a large pitcher and crush gently with a cocktail muddler or wooden spoon, until slightly bruised.
  2. Gently stir in 2 cups of the fruit blend, honey and ginger into mint; reserve.
  3. Combine remaiing fruit blend with 1 cup Green tea.
  4. Crush until a slightly chunky paste forms.
  5. Let stand 15 minutes.
  6. Strain juice from the crushed-fruit mixture into pitcher; discard pulp in strainer.
  7. Add ice to pitcher and pour remaining tea over ice.
  8. Stir well.
