Quarterback Chicken

  1. Combine salad dressing and mustard; mix well.
  2. Brush chicken with mixture; coat with crumbs.
  3. Place in two (13x9) pans; drizzle with melted marg/butter.
  4. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  5. Good warm, chilled, or at room temp.
  6. You can make it ahead of time to bake later in the day.
