Quarterback Chicken
- 1 cup Mayonnaise/Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cups Dijon Mustard
- 6 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breats
- 2- 1/2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Melted Marg/Butter
- Combine salad dressing and mustard; mix well.
- Brush chicken with mixture; coat with crumbs.
- Place in two (13x9) pans; drizzle with melted marg/butter.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- Good warm, chilled, or at room temp.
- You can make it ahead of time to bake later in the day.
