Beer Steamed Shrimp With Angel Hair Pasta Recipe

  1. Bring beer to a boil in a Dutch oven, over high heat.
  2. Add in shrimp; cover and cook 2 min.
  3. remove shrimp with a slotted spoon; set aside and keep hot.
  4. Add in onion and the next five ingredients to pan; bring to a boil.
  5. Cook, ucovered, 4 min.
  6. remove from heat; gradually add in oil and lemon juice, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
  7. Add in pasta; toss well.
  8. Divide pasta among serving plates; top with shrimp and sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Yield: 4 servings
