Strawberry Lemonade Ice Cream Pie
- 1/2 gallon Strawberry ice cream
- 1 can frozen pink lemonade drink concentrate
- 1 packages Philadelphia chocolate spread
- 1 Magic shell sauce
- 2 Graham cracker pie crust
- Allow ice cream and pink lemonade mix to sit out on the counter to soften
- Apply Philly chocolate spread to pie crusts.
- Just thick enough to hold the crust together.
- Mix ice cream and frozen drink mix until combined
- Add ice cream mixture to pie crusts.
- Will make two full pies.
- Drizzle with magic shell
- Freeze for a couple hours to firm everything back up.
