Stuffed peppers
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 3 each Bell peppers
- 2 can Tomato juice
- 1 box Minute rice
- 1 Red hot
- Pour cans of tomato juice in large pot.
- Add equal amount of water
- Mix rice, hamburger meat and hot sauce together
- Form into balls
- Remove seeds and cut up bell peppers
- Put everything in pot and let is cook on a medium heat for 30 mins
