My Fathers Bleu Cheese Dip

  1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. Add milk until cream cheese has the consistency of thin pudding.
  3. Run bleu cheese through a mouli grater, add to cream cheese.
  4. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard.
  5. Use a potato chip to taste.
  6. If you used a good bleu cheese, you may not need to add any salt at all.
