Winter Cake

  1. Thoroughly mix the first 5 ingredients together until smooth, and then stir in the undrained canned fruit.
  2. Well butter an eight by eight inch square baking pan and sprinkle with the topping.
  3. Bake in a preheated 325 degree F oven for about 45-50 minutes, until well done.
  4. Remove from oven and cool, then slice into 2 inch squares and serve.
