Chinese-Spiced Orange BBQ Ribs

  1. Cut ribs into 2-rib sections; place in Dutch oven or stockpot.
  2. Add enough water to completely cover ribs.
  3. Stir in onions, spice and garlic; cover with lid.
  4. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  5. Drain.
  6. Heat grill to medium heat.
  7. Mix barbecue sauce, orange juice and soy sauce.
  8. Grill ribs 10 min.
  9. or until done, turning occasionally and brushing generously with the barbecue sauce mixture.
