Peachy Keen Sandwiches

• 4 slices multi-grain bread
• 1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
• 1 peach, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp. Kraft Pure Raspberry Jam

1. Spread two of the bread slices with cream cheese product; top with peach slices.
2. Spread remaining bread with jam.
3. Place, jam-sides down, over peaches to make two sandwiches.
