Turkey sausage & spinach pasta

• 1 packages Turkey sausage
• 1 packages Pasta
• 3 clove Garlic (minced)
• 8 cup Spinach
• 2 cup Cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 cup Parm/Romano chz
• 2 tbsp olive oil

1. Remove casings and cook sausage about 5-8 mins
2. Stour in garlic, spinach, and tomatoes
3. Combine in bowl, cheese, tomatoes, oil, 1/2 cup cooking liquid and whisk together
4. Salt and pepper to taste (S&P TT)
5. Toss pasta in cheese mixture
6. Serve with sausage, spinach mix over pasta
