Dairy Free Meatballs

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Chop the onion and the garlic as finely as you reasonably can.
  3. Toss them into a bowl.
  4. Put your ground meat into the bowl with those aromatics.
  5. Add the rest of your ingredients to the bowl.
  6. Mix everything up.
  7. Once it looks like youve got a good distribution of the onions, you can probably stop.
  8. Place a layer of aluminum foil on a rimmed baking sheet.
  9. Thinly coat with a little oil (olive oil or vegetable oil), about 1 tablespoonful.
  10. Begin to shape the meatballs, placing each one on the oiled sheet pan.
  11. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, until cooked through.
  12. Drain on a towel (or not).
  13. Serve hot.
  14. Makes 15 meatballs.
