A Bento Item Green Bean and Pork Rolls
- 2 slice Thinly sliced pork belly
- 10 Green beans (frozen)
- 2 pinch each *Salt and pepper
- 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons *Soy sauce
- Roll 5 frozen green beans in a slice of pork.
- Put the green beans on the edge of the pork slice and roll up tightly.
- If you made tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) for the bento, you can just cook these in the same pan!
- It'll cut down on your cleaning!
- Pan-fry the rolls over medium-low heat until lightly browned on the outside.
- Roll them around to brown the whole surface.
- Cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes to cook through.
- Add the * ingredients.
- Let the soy sauce hit the hot surface of the pan to sizzle!
- Cut the rolls in half to show off the pretty pattern on the cut side and pack in your bento box.
