Baked Spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 sprinkle Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Bread crumbs (Italian
- plain)
- Garlic salt
- onion salt
- Italian seasonings, to taste
- Put water, salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings into a big pot.
- Boil until the water is colored and smells like seasonings.
- You can take the spices out of the water or leave in.
- Cook spaghetti per package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a little olive oil in large frying pan.
- Add in some bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Cook until done.
- You can also make small meatballs out of this before cooking.
- Drain well on paper towels and wrap up to keep warm until the spaghetti is done.
- Mix together in a large bowl spaghetti sauce, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Makes a thick sauce.
- Spray a large oven proof baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Start putting a layer of sauce and meat, then spaghetti, mix together until well blended and continue until all is gone.
- Bake at 400F for one hour to make sure top is crispy.
