Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe
- 10 ounces penne pasta, cooked
- 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 c. raw baby spinach
- 1 Tbsp. chicken soup base
- 1 Tbsp. beef soup base
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 portabella mushroom, julienne cut
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- healthy pinch salt and pepper
- Grill chicken and julienne slice it.
