Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream
- 1/2 pack Strawberries
- 300 grams Plain yogurt
- 60 grams Sugar
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- Wash the strawberries, and pat dry the excess water.
- Put the strawberries and sugar in a bowl.
- Roughly mash with a masher.
- Leave it chunky.
- Add lightly whipped heavy cream.
- Pour in the yogurt, and mix well.
- Transfer it to a container and freeze.
- Take it out 2 or 3 times while refrigerating, and stir well.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Here's a frozen yogurt recipe.
- This one doesn't use heavy cream, so it's a bit icier.
