Mexican Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook beef liquid removed, mix beef, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, cheese, Rotel tomatoes, rice, salt and corn.
  2. Mix well, pour into 2 qt casserole pan.
  3. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
