Mexican Rice Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1 1/2 ounce.)
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, liquid removed
- 2 c. cooked ice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 ounce.) can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- Cook beef liquid removed, mix beef, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, cheese, Rotel tomatoes, rice, salt and corn.
- Mix well, pour into 2 qt casserole pan.
- Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
