Tuna Casserole
- 1 can soup, cream of mushroom
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 ounces chow mein noodles
- 1 can tuna fish
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts
- 1 cup cashew nuts salted
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1 cup mandarin oranges
- Mix up the soup and water and add all the other ingredients, but save a few of the noodles for garnishing the top.
- Put in a baking dish you've buttered first.
- Put the garnishing noodles on top and bake without a cover at 375F (190C) for 20 or 30 minutes.
