Easy Chicken 'N Dumplings Recipe

  1. Bring skinless chicken (breast and thigh meat pcs are best) to boil in 4 c. water.
  2. Add in seasonings, cover and simmer till meat is white (approximately 1 hour).
  3. Remove chicken to platter to cold.
  4. (Strain broth; if chicken not boned.)
  5. Remove meat from bone and place into broth.
  6. Simmer on low while adding 1 inch torn pcs of biscuit dough into chicken and broth.
  7. After all dough is added, bring to boil, stirring constantly, then cover and place on low heat for 10-15 min or possibly till thickened.
