Chicken Pot Pie Pasta
- 1/4 pounds Pasta
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 13 pounds Chicken, Cubed
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cups Frozen Mixed Veggies
- 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 18 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- When its done drain the water and set aside.
- Heat a medium sauce pan over medium heat with the olive oil.
- Add the chicken, salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 4 minutes and then add the frozen vegetables.
- Cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, until chicken juices run clear and the vegetables are no longer frozen.
- Add the chicken stock, cream cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Cook until the cream cheese melts into the sauce and is bubbly.
- Serve over pasta and enjoy!
