Eggless Corn Muffins Recipe

  1. Sift and mix together the dry ingredients.
  2. Add in lowfat milk and shortening.
  3. Pour into greased muffin pans and bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 30 min.
  4. I use skim lowfat milk and butter to cut out cholesterol.
