No Pre-Seasoning! Super Fast Ginger Pork with Veggies

  1. Sprinkle sake on the pork, then coat both sides with katakuriko.
  2. Combine the (A) ingredients.
  3. Chop the vegetables.
  4. Thinly slice the lettuce and shred the shiso.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and arrange the pork strips evenly in the pan.
  6. Once the pork is browned on one side, flip over.
  7. Sprinkle both sides with pepper.
  8. Once the second side is browned, pour in the (A) ingredients.
  9. Heat the (A) sauce, seasoning the pork.
  10. Once the sauce has come to a simmer, it's done.
  11. Remove excess water from the chopped vegetables, plate with the sauteed pork, cover in sauce, and enjoy.
