Tofu stuffed with vegetables
- 13 pieces tofu that's already fried and cut in a square (make a hole on whatever side but make sure doesn't break the other sides)
- Heat the oil on the pan and saute onion and garlic until golden brown.
- Then add bean sprouts,carrots,cabbage,ground black pepper and salt.
- Cook until wilted or approximately 7 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool.
- Once cool put the stuffings into the tofu.
- Mix all the ingredients to make batter in a bowl,make sure that the batter is slightly thick not so watery.
- Then dip in each tofu .
- Heat oil on pan and fry tofu stuffed with vegetables until golden brown.
- Tofu stuffed vegetables is ready to serve with bite of chilli padi absolutely yummy.
