Black Sesame and Banana Soy Milk Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 100 ml Soy milk (or milk)
- 1 tbsp Black sesame seed paste
- Slice the banana into rounds, then freeze.
- If you're in a hurry, putting the bananas on top of ice packs will help speed up the process.
- Put the frozen banana, soy milk, and black sesame paste in a blender, and pulse until smooth.
- After pouring it into a cup, it's ready to drink!
- I floated a slice of banana on top.
- This is the black sesame paste I used.
