Wasabi-Flavored Nagaimo and Okra Mix
- 5 cm Nagaimo
- 3 Okra
- 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons Shiro-dashi
- 2 cm Wasabi paste
- 1 Salt
- 1 Shredded nori
- Remove the nagaimo skin and slice into thick pieces.
- Soak in water with a bit of vinegar, then drain.
- Boil the okra then cut into bite-sized pieces (wash and prep the okra if you wish).
- Mix the ingredients together, add the nagaimo and okra.
- (Flavor with salt and pepper if necessary).
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with shredded nori seaweed.
