Wasabi-Flavored Nagaimo and Okra Mix

  1. Remove the nagaimo skin and slice into thick pieces.
  2. Soak in water with a bit of vinegar, then drain.
  3. Boil the okra then cut into bite-sized pieces (wash and prep the okra if you wish).
  4. Mix the ingredients together, add the nagaimo and okra.
  5. (Flavor with salt and pepper if necessary).
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and top with shredded nori seaweed.
