Cheese Sauce

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Slowly add flour to form blonde roux.
  3. Slowly add milk.
  4. Whisk vigorously to avoid clumping.
  5. Add seasonings and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add mixed cheeses.
  7. Label, date and store in cooler.
