Almost Twinkie Cake Recipe

• 1 pkt White cake mix
• 1 sm Vanilla instant pudding
• 1/2 c. Oil
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1 c. Lowfat milk
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 c. Margarine, softened
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 4 Tbsp. Flour
• 1 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Crisco
• 1 c. Water

1. Combine cake mix, oil, Large eggs, pudding and water and 1 tsp vanilla.
2. Beat at medium speed for 2 min.
3. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
4. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min or possibly till cake tests done.
5. In a saucepan mix the flour with the lowfat milk.
6. Cook till thick, stirring constantly; cold.
7. Add in sugar, salt, crisco, margarine and 1 tsp vanilla.
8. Beat till fluffy.
9. Spread on the cooled cake.
10. Store in refrigerator.
