Mini Pizza Rounds with Pepperoni
- 8 mini pita breads
- 1 can (7.5 fl oz/213 mL) pizza sauce, divided
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese, divided
- 60 g sliced pepperoni
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Arrange pita rounds on baking sheets.
- Spread 3 Tbsp.
- pizza sauce evenly on each pita, sprinkle with oregano and top evenly with cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Bake 6 to 8 min.
- or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped basil.
