Classic Glazed Chicken
- 1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lb.)
- 1 pkg. (20 oz.) ORE-IDA Grillers Golden Thick Cut Potatoes
- Mix all ingredients except chicken and potatoes until blended; pour over chicken in shallow dish.
- Turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken breasts.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill chicken 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, grill potatoes as directed on package.
- Serve chicken with potatoes.
