Mike's 2 Way Baked 3 Minute Chicken

  1. Here's your eventual pre-baked outcome.
  2. Rinse both dethawed chicken breasts and pat dry.
  3. Cut off any excess fat.
  4. Place chicken breasts in two seperate non stick pans.
  5. Or, spray or coat pans with slight oil.
  6. For the Chicken Alfredo - add the entire bottle of Bertolli Sauce to your pan.
  7. Both under and over the chicken breast.
  8. Crush black pepper over the top.
  9. Use Bertolli or Ragu Alfredo.
  10. Any other brands tend to lend a metallic taste.
  11. For the Hot Chicken - add garlic to the top of the chicken and add the entire bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce.
  12. Both under and over.
  13. Sprinkle top with fresh cracked pepper.
  14. Wrap both pans in tinfoil tightly.
  15. Seal em' good!
  16. Place in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 425.
  17. At 1 hour and 15 minutes bake time - boil water with 1 teaspoon salt and a slight dash of oil.
  18. Wait for her to boil and add fettuccine noodles for two.
  19. Stir well in the first minute of boiling noodles.
  20. Fettuccine tends to stick together.
  21. Stir occasionally after that as per manufacturer's directions.
  22. Usually 12 minutes for al dente noodles.
  23. Drain noodles and place back in boiling pot.
  24. Add a slight splash of olive oil and a dab of butter to your noodles and stir directly following draining.
  25. This will keep them from drying out.
  26. Add Dried Parsley and Dried Chives if desired for flavor and color.
  27. Add another dash of garlic powder and even onion powder if desired.
  28. Pull chicken from oven.
  29. Pull Alfredo chicken breast from pan and set to the side.
  30. Add all Alfredo Sauce from pan to drained, buttered noodles and stir.
  31. Plate Alfredo Noodles and place chicken breast on top.
  32. Garnish top with dried parsley and chives if desired.
  33. As for the Hot Chicken - pull chicken from pan - place on serving plate and pour the remaining sauce over chicken breast.
  34. Garnish with dried parsley and dried chives if desired.
  35. Serve with celery stalks, carrots and Blue Cheese Dressing.
  36. Know that this dish is a low carb recipe.
  37. The Alfredo dish is not.
  38. Serve hot!
