A 1 Caribou Steak Recipe
- 1 lb Caribou steak
- 4 Tbsp. Butter divided
- 1 sm Onion minced
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Minced chives
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Brandy
- Cook onions in 2 Tbsp.
- butter till golden brown.
- Lb.
- steak to tenderize and sear over high heat in butter and onion, about 2 min on each side.
- Add in sherry, A-1 sauce, remaining butter, Worcestershire, chives, parsley, pepper and salt.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for 3 to 4 min per side.
- Add in brandy, bring to the table, flame and serve.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
