Homemade Chocolate Pudding Recipe

• 13 cup sugar
• 14 cup baking cocoa
• 13 cup cornstarch
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups whole milk
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.
2. gradually add milk.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 2 minutes.
4. Remove from the heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
5. Spoon into individual serving dishes or ramekins.
6. Serve warm or chill until ready to serve.
